A Two-Day Wedding Across Three Venues

The Ask

A family wanted a traditional Haldi and Sangeet followed by a large wedding ceremony and reception, across three different venues, with out-of-town guests to manage.

What We Did

Built a shared timeline across all three venues, coordinated eight vendor teams, arranged guest transport and hospitality, and managed live entries and stage flow on each day.

The Result

Every function ran on schedule with zero venue conflicts, and the family was free to be present in the moment rather than managing logistics.

A Brand-Aligned Annual Day For 250 Employees

The Ask

A company needed an annual day that reflected their brand identity, included award presentations, and felt premium without going over a fixed budget.

What We Did

Designed a stage and seating plan around the brand's colours, coordinated AV and lighting vendors, scripted the award-night flow, and managed check-in and hospitality for 250 employees.

The Result

The event finished on time to the minute, leadership received positive feedback company-wide, and the format is now their template for future annual days.

A Trade Show Booth, Fabricated And Live In 48 Hours

The Ask

A brand needed a fully-branded exhibition stall built, lit and stocked in under two days ahead of a trade show opening.

What We Did

Coordinated fabrication, branding placement, lighting and technical setup in parallel, supervised the build on-ground, and completed a final walkthrough before doors opened.

The Result

The stall was ready six hours ahead of schedule, giving the client's team time to rehearse their pitch before the first visitors arrived.
